Cancellation Policy


regular tours

Regular Tour Deposit Policy
Once a Chic Shopping Paris Tour is booked by a client, 25% of the tour fee is due as a deposit. The deposit can be paid by check or via PayPal. The payment address will be provided to the client once method of payment is agreed upon. The remaining tour fee is due on the day of the tour.

Regular Tour Cancellation Policy
The deposit is refundable if a cancellation is made up to 2 weeks prior to the tour date. Within 2 weeks or less of the tour date, the deposit is nonrefundable in the event of cancellation. However, this deposit may be reapplied if the tour is rescheduled.

Custom Tour Payment & Cancellation Policy
Chic Shopping Paris designs custom tours on request for our clients. Due to the high level of planning involved for custom tours, our payment policy varies from that of our other tours.

Once a Custom Tour is booked by a client and the specifics are agreed upon between the client and Chic Shopping Paris, 25% or more of the tour fee is due as a deposit. The deposit can be paid by check or via PayPal. The payment address will be provided to the client once method of payment is agreed upon. The remainder of the tour fee is due on the day of the tour. This deposit is nonrefundable in the event of cancellation. However, this deposit may be reapplied if the tour is rescheduled.

Additionally, if the client has prepaid in full for the tour, and cancels at the last minute or does not show up for another reason, it is up to the discretion of Chic Shopping Paris to give back part of the deposit. Chic Shopping Paris appreciates the understanding of our clients regarding the above policies, due to the unique nature of the planning involved in these tours.
